Manchester City eased their way into the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a 3-1 victory over Copenhagen on Tuesday night, securing a 6-2 aggregate win.
Goals from Manuel Akanji, Julián Álvarez and Erling Haaland helped City finish the job in their UEFA Champions League round-of-16 tie, with Copenhagen attacker Mohamed Elyounoussi pulling one back for the visitors on the half-hour mark.
City resumed their Champions League title defence with a comfortable victory at FC Copenhagen in the first leg of their last-16 tie.
